   O.K., I have replied to some messages encouraging my sisters to use this revolutionary product called the heat cap.  Let me start by saying that I am in no way affiliated with the company but when I look around and see sista`s who wear relaxers like myself with 4a/4b  damaged hair, I just want to spead the word.  First of all the cap is microwaved for 2 min and uses steam to curl your hair (You can acheive similiar results by rolling your hair with the platic rollers and use the small silver clips --not the clapms before you shower and putting a scarf or satin bonet over your head).  Nevertheless, the heat cap curls your hair in less than five minutes and your wrap, roller set or whatever look you are trying to achieve will look fantastic.  I also use a HairBoutique recommendation of Safflower oil b/c it is cheap and it works wonders on my hair.  The heatcap link is www.heatcap.com.  If you buy the cap put a satin bonnet over your rollers b/fore you put the cap on your head, this will keep your hair from frizzing.  Let me know if it works out for you.
