Ok every time i read some thing on hair it usually all says the same thing except when it comes to blow drying...Sometimes i hear high heat is the best becase you do not dry your hair out, and it faster! Other times i here to set it on low, So what do you think! I am kinda gettin annoyed
i dont blow dry my hair on the cool setting because it doesnt straighten my hair enough- infact it frizzes it up, but i stay on the medium setting to be safe. you should also be distributing the heat evenly throughout your hair- moving the dryer back and forth if its handheld, rather than in one spot.

Bubble hair is hair that damaged by [high heat] hot blowdryers, etc. bubble hair looks like a tiny bead near the hair's end.Use a hair heat protection product that contains silicones[silicones end in word methicone] which protect the hair from heat damage because it seals and smooths hair's cuticle.
