I read in one of Karen`s articles about long hair care that she does a final cold/cool water rinse. OK. Well I tried that and I know she lives in warm Texas so I was skeptical because I live in the cold North. Do any ofyou do that cold rinse thing in the colder climates? Is there a way to do it without turning blue? Suggestions would be so appreciated.

I live in rainy old England and I think it works. However unless you have a sound proof bathroom,or can actually stand the cold, I would recomend putting your head over the bath and using a shower attatchment or a jug of cold water.
