We need more people, we are not geting just as much posts as we use to. I think we just all need to try to give people Links, that way we will get more people because there are 130 people that come here and check out here every day, and then and it will added from the 130 people. Any sugguestion?

I think things slowed down a lot after that ignorant post you placed on the board awhile ago. No one wants to be bothered, so a lot of people stopped coming to post. I think if we could squash the ignorance, people would feel good about posting. For God`s sake, there is a message on the board that basically says we`re too ignorant and immature to post w/o being monitored. And if we aren`t "good" the board will be taken away. Personally, I think this is largely your fault.
Look! you have your personal opinion, and I respect that . That old response was posted a month ago and I don`t think it is necessary for you to bring up old prior incedents , unless you hold grudges? Dragooney, Shaia is right. Maybe if you were a little more "positive" and wanted to "encourage and share personal insight and enlightment" last month, then you wouldn`t have to complain about no one coming to post here.

Please, Princess. First of all I`m sure all 3 names do have the same ip address b/c I use a communal computer. This isn`t my computer, other people do use it. Get a life. Hi, I`m not trying to get into the middle of a debate here but lets not use this board to continue to keep petty, unnecessary arguments going. Since I have logged on to this room I have enjoyed seeing everyones tips on hair styles and hair maintance. So lets continue to use it for what it is, a place where people can keep coming to get "hair help." :) Now, to answer the original question: I think that when we log on to other hair forums like longhairforum.com then we can recommend that people over there come here as well. Or maybe when you go to get your hair styled at the salon, see if the stylist will allow you to leave this websites address for guests to get answers to questions that the stylist may not know. I say that because I have seen a few professionals give advice here like Dirk Evans. My suggestions may not be the best but they are just a few brain storming ideas. Hope It helped :)

I think the reason why there aren`t as many posters is because it is Fall now, and people are back to school (including myself) or back to work from vacations and a host of other factors that make it less convenient for them to visit. I don`t think it had anything to do with Dragooney`s post. This message board has always seemed dormant to me anyway, not as busy as a chat room. Maybe around the holidays, such as Christmas time, people will discover this board because they are in need of advice for holiday hairdos.
