hi. the vitamins contains alfalfa, kelp, and bee pollen. the growth lotion contain caynene pepper. all good for hair, but nothing special. all can be found at walmart.

thanx. cuz i know this girl who used it..and she cut her hair neck length 2 years ago...now its at her waist. but i just wanted to see others` responses towards the product.
