Hello... For me they did not work,,,, plus they were to much money and to many pills to take.. 6-8 pills a day.. and you have to take them all thru the day... For me now,, I just take 1 Multivitamin and 1 Natures Plus time release Ultra Hair vitamin...instead of 2... would be too much with the multivitamin... I also do the EV Olive Oil treatment in my hair.. makes it feel very soft.. and healthy..locks in mosture..sometimes I leave it in all night or I leave it in for a couple of hours and then wash and condition... hello,,, you can buy EV (Extra Virgin) Olive Oil in any super market... like Stater Brothers, Albertsons, ect... Its in the cooking oil department... Olive Oil good for a lot of things,,, even dry skin, and when kids in school get lice... Just warm some oil not hot ...I use about 1/4 cup,, depends on length and thinkness.. You can give yourself a good scalp massage with the ends of your fingers not your nails...with the oil and then work all your hair with the oil,, I always start at the bottom of my ends and work up to the scalp..If I do it at night I put a shower cap on and wash and condition in the morning.. If I do it in the day,, I leave it on for a couple of hours...then wash and condition.. I never really paid attention to my growth before, but in the last month I had someone help me measure it and it had grown a little over 1/2 inch..But everyones hair is different... My hair since doing this Oil treatment seems to me to be more healthy and not dry.. There is information on the internet about Olive Oil..
