Spilt ends can occur when you hair is dry and damaged. Damage can occur from the products you use,the styling tools you use and how you wear your hair. Spilt ends can keep traveling up the shaft of your hair if you don't get you hair trimmed regularly. I would also suggest you get some kind of a deep conditioner to use once a week. If you hair is dry get a deep conditioner that promotes MOISTURE or HYDRATION. If you hair is damaged from chemicals get one that promotes protien. If you get one for protoien DO NOT USE it all the time. It can do more damage than good. Use it once every 3 to 4 weeks. I would start would the moisture one first though. You could go into a salon and ask if they do deep conditioning. They wiil be able to tell you which one you need. Make sure to call around for prices though.
