I've been wearing my hair in two strand twists with extensions continuously for about a year. About 6-7 months ago I had the perm cut out of my hair. It seems to be growing but its getting thing, especially around the edges. What do I do?

maybe the braids are too tight...might want to take a break from those too they can cause problems like breakage.
