how do u get good curly hair

com on i need to know how to get healthy curly hair like my brothers his stright but it curls up like when he puts his hat on it curls to like a half pipe....and anyway im dominican not african american.

i know ur a guy but use mousse and gel..it works for me when i want to go back to my natural state (wavy). when you get out the shower and your hair is wet, just foam some mousse through it and some gel and that keeps the curl!
