I need some advice. I short my hair short last year dont get me wrong I really like the style but I miss my long hair and I want to grow it back out. Are there any vitamins or anything that would help me or what steps can i take to speed up the growth process

Some protein and vitamins in hair care products can't make your hair grow because the protein molecules and vitamin molecules are too big to be absorbed by hair shaft.
