I know you're not supposed to wash your hair for 3 days before a relaxer. But can you rinse it? Because my scalp is itching like crazy and I want to rinse it. It's hot where I live so I want to cool it off. I keep unconsciously scratching my scalp and then realizing what I'm doing. I hate getting burns from scratching my scalp. What should I do?
