Natural hair does not look weird when it is colored. It looks beautiful and much less damaging than chemically relaxed hair. If your hair is relaxed and you plan on keeping it that way, i would suggest rinsing it instead of using semi-permanent or permanent color. My hair is hi-lited and it is natural. My brother told me that, when I had natural hair. I said I wanted to dye it burgundy and he said it wouldn't look right on your frizzy hair. I had a burgundy henna streak in my hair a month ago. It was the leftovers from my mom using it. It came out sorta purple-ish. I was going to do my whole head but my mom said not to. Something about I have too much hair. I do have tons of hair way more than the average person.
I was going to get a rinse when I got my relaxer touch-up but the lady burned my scalp so badly I just wanted to leave. I saw rinses at beauty supply stores but they say for salon use only. Can you do those at home? I also saw a temporary dye I wanted it came in a bottle. But it said you had to bleach your hair first. I just wanted to use it on my dark brown hair and hopefully it would bring out the red highlights in my hair without bleaching, but my mom said it wouldn't work because I have to bleach my hair first. She did let me get spray-on purple but I haven't used it yet.

I think natural hair dyed is nice. I'm sorry if I upset anyone. My brother said that like 3 or 4 years ago. We were drawing pictures of what we want to look like when we are grown up and i colored my hair red. And he made fun of me.
