I used to have really thick hair down to the middle of my back, but after a bad perm, it's now barely shoulder lenth. It's been a while, and my NEW hair stylist says my scalp has now recovered. I was just curious how long it would take me to get my hair down to my bra strap.

i would think 5-7 years on average.
