Do braids make hair grow faster, because when you get them some parts of your head hurt from the stess but inacouple of days it doesnt, could that mean it has grown out enough that there is no stress on that point anymore

Yes, it means it has grown out a bit, relieving the tension. But no, it wasn't because the hair was cornrowed. It was growing at the same rate it always grows, you never noticed it before.
Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
Also, remember that your body adjusts pretty well to stress, so you simply may not be noticing the strain on your scalp as much, just like you don't normally think about the weight of your clothes against your skin.
Make every day you have count, before the time comes for you to count every day you have.

I don't think hair would grow that much in a few days.
Braids don't make your hair grow. They help you to see that your hair has grown in some cases because all of your hair is stuck in the braids and can't break off... so you get to see all the growth that you've accumulated because the ends of your hair haven't broken off.
