I got the top and the back but my sides isnt good. I got one good side that got a little bit of waves but the other side is fucd. ?? Wht are directions yall use?

you can try brushing them forward or you can brush them at an angle (diagonally this works for me)

I got curly hair. but the hair is madd thick and hard. really close to being nappy. but thats only when i dont brush it. my sides just wont lay down

Maybe you should cut it. It sounds like its too long or it isn't trained well. One or the other.
