Can anyone recommend a highly professional and talented hair stylist in Destin/Fort Walton/Panama City area, please?

I just moved to this place from Europe and I'm used to a very creative medium to short lenth hair styles and colouring.

I'm more concerned about true artistic individuality of a hairdresser than a salon.

I know this is an old question, but there was a lady named Lynn with a daughter named Magnolia that both did beautiful color and cuts at reasonable prices. I can try to find out more if you are interested. They were in Destin......??
