I never thought I would have come to this day!!

Okay I walked in a styling salon and wanted a trim. NO problem but you wouldn`t believe that it took two stylist to comb my hair. Why? I think it has come to the day that people are not use to put in the extra time and actually do their work. lol I had a good trim and love it.
I found this unbelievable funny. I wonder how many stylist I will get when my hair reaches my butt? Any fun guesses? Most of us including me love to be pampered but this was silly.

Of course they were disappointed that i was keeping it long but they did do what I asked with no problems. Laziness...................... I seriously think that they wanted me to cut it short because they didn`t want to bother.

Hello Gord right now it is just above my waist. Wanted to give my hair a good break. It feels nice and soft and plan to grow it much longer. Jealous? lol

If you really want to see what I look like I can send you a picture. I don`t have any recent ones but I can certainly give you an idea what I look like. NEver had a scanner before now I do. Want to play show and tell? I wouldn`t mind seeing the picture of the mystery man that phoned me years ago. Yes this a challenge.
Never had the freedom before to show myself. I wasn`t allowed to. Now I don`t have to answer to anyone. Sorry I don`t have any recent pictures because I am the one that takes the pictures and I always said if someone was really dying to find out they could phone my work and ask. I am truely a long hair goddess lol

Diane, I have found that my long hair draws alot of attention too! You were really brave going into a salon to get it trimmed solo. Like you mentioned, I`m sure they were drooling at the thought of cutting it all off. Right now I have my husband do my ends. My hair is about to the bottom of my jeans pockets. I used to have it to nearly my knees but it hurt when I would sit down as it pulled my hair. I part it in the middle and comb it forward, then he spritzes it with a plant mister. He has to sit on the floor to trim them. He loves it long so there is no worry of an unrequested short haircut. Before I met him I would always bring a male friend to the salon for trims. I would have him make a big deal that he didn`t want my hair cut and stay with me to ensure that the stylist didn`t get too scissor happy. They do respect the guys even though they don`t like it. I even brought my older brother once to act the role. Believe me, it was worth it to have him with me.
