Sigh...i did the CWC yesterday and i just remembered i rinsed the first conditioner out. i guess i have to post a note on sth on my bathroom wall to remind me

I tried a CWC yesterday too and I was like don't rinse out the first conditioner, but I was reading how long to leave the conditioner on and it said rinse well so I rinsed without thinking.

Goal: Healthy, tip of nose /neck/shoulder length hair.

Depends on what your first C is.

If it's oil, wash and rinse well. Shampoo the length.

If it's a light commercial C like V05, don't rinse first. Just shampoo, but don't shampoo the length.
