I recently used Pantene shampoo&conditioner in one and a handfull of hair fell out! It didn`t happen with my old shampoo. Anyone else had problems with this brand?

Yes, throw that Pantene away!!!!! Pantene is the worst for your hair. It puts a very thick coating on your hair that even prevents moisture to enter and over a small amount of time will leave this coating on.

Stop using it and get a build up remover shampoo, use that and a deep conditioner. It will take a while for your hair to recover from the pantene. Get the good salon products to help your hair.

My friend Katie has a serious hair problem and it is because she refuses to rinse and repeat. What should I do? She likes to laugh at other peoples hair and scream at her curling iron. Do you think she just might be insane?
