microrings vs. pinch braids

Could anyone tell me how microrings compare with pinch braids with regards to detectability?  I normally wear pinch braids but I would like something a little less visible, and I'm not sure i want to mess around with acetone or vegetable oil for shrinkies.  Thanks!

Well, I'd say the extendtubes (at least the size smalls and mediums) are less detectable than pinchbraids, as long as they match your hair color well. They're much smaller, after all. The braids, because they are constructed of actual hair, rather than metal, can blend into the hair fairly well for their size. But they're a lot bigger, so I'd still have to say extendtubes are less detectable. :)
