I was wondering if maybe the post on the General Hair board

Hi PB,

Yes...we are working on an updated Terms Of Use for all of the boards.  It is in draft version at this moment but will be published soon.  We are still working on cleaning up some bugs and other maintenance issues to get the boards finished.  We have been working on this upgrade now for quite some time and want everything to be as good as possible.
