I had a color treatment this weekend. I have had them in the past, but not like this. I had it Sunday and within 10 mins of being under the dryer my head felt like it was on fire. I asked them if it was normal, they said yes. I couldn't stand it so they rinsed it out. They had to color it again and continued to cut my hair. It looks awful in the back now and today I have awaken to find red bleeding sores all over my head. I called the shop and asked to speak to the manager who wasn't there (of course) and no one has called my back. My head hurts, what can I do to relieve the pain? Any help would be great. Thanks

What you need to do is have somebody take some closeup pictures of the damage they did to your scalp. Then go in right away so you can show it to them.

I think it was their mistake, and they probably used the wrong product or mixed it up wrong, but that'll be hard to prove.

Or maybe the product they used should not be put under the dryer...??

I agree with eKatherine, chemical burns can be nasty...get your money back at least, maybe a visit to a dermatoligist...don't wait, call back or go in and speak to someone get it taken care of.

Let us know...goodluck
