4 inches back from your face?

Which size extendtubes did you use?

I'm still trying to figure out the picture thing myself so...

Hey Eryn,

I have the same problem with extensions of all kinds--it's kind of a challenge when you have thin hair and it's really light blonde. You could just not go as high, but you'll sacrifice volume that way, and it sounds like you haven't gone too far up. I've found it helpful to tease the top layers of my hair a bit; it helps to conceal the connections.

Anyway, I'm sure you look gorgeous even if you can see the tubes. I can't wait to see your pics!

:)

I hear you--it's the same challenge that's been plaguing me forever....

I'm sure we'll have some suggestions once we see your pics. By the way, you need to upload your pics to photobucket or imageshack (wherever), then paste the image-tagged URL right into the message. :)

Hey Erin,

If you are still noticing some darker strands of your own hair you may need to get a few more extension pieces in that same darker shade to blend it. Send me a picture to Kristin@haircandy.net and I'll check it out for you.

I think you need to add a good amount of extensions to blend/cover up your natural hair.

My hair is also thin and fine on top and I tease, smooth it, and spray with hair spray so you don't see the top layer of extensions.
