girls/guys...wot suits me better? pix inc

ok people, im a very undecisive boy, im kinda getting ova my longer hair despite all the effort i have made to take care of it and grow it, i need ur opinions, shud i stay long n messy like i am atm, or short n spikey? here are sum pics to help u guys decided...

ok so thats short hair, heres me with long hair...

and if i was to cut my hair and have it short and spikey i wud dye my hair medium brown and put blonde streaks in it like this....

but on the other hand if i was to keep my hair long like it is atm, i wud dye it dark blonde then put light blonde foils all over it like this...

so to make a long question short, wot suites me more, long or short? and wot suits this dude more, long or short, wud it be a better idea for me to hack my hair short and style it just like this guy used to have it when it was short n spikey, i wont bug u guys here with anymore hair questions if ya just help me wif dis dilema :):)
