Well, I made a pretty long post about this but I guess my browser got screwed up and lost it... so I'm gonna keep this one pretty short.
Anyways, basicly what I want is the short and curly Paul Walker type of hair. I have blonde hair, and I think it's long enough (about 4 inches), but it's straight. I have no clue how to get my hair curly like Paul Walker's, and that's when you guys come in. Please help me with this before prom comes . I wanna surprise a bunch of people!

use a curling iron for this style. you may need practice, a lot of it to have the style you want. or use rollers and roll your hair and blow dry it or blow dry hair using a round brush. or just go to a salon to set your hair.
