I bought the extension loopy brush from haircandy.net, DH put some of my old extensions in and I have been using it for a few days.

LOVE!

It is so great to be able to brush from the root, wow! Nipping all that rats in the tail.

Heh! I only brush it while wet, I wouldnt dare brush it while its dry because it would frizz up.

My daughter who is 2.5 has naturally curly, v.v.v. curly hair and I have learned from her to brush it while wet after using a good detangler, then just use my fingers when its dry to brush it a bit.
