Good salon in San Diego?

I thought I'd post in here instead of Hair color thread. Ever since I moved to San Diego, I wasn't able to find a good one like the salon I used to go in L.A. area.

Do anyone know who does really good job with heavy foiled highlights on Asian hair and root touch ups in San Diego area? I really like my colorist in L.A. but I don't want to make the commute.
