personally i just think its the way the customer is handling the hair as its her first extensions. She had short hair prior to install (about 4inches) and now she has 18" locks. She must be used to just blasting her hair with a hair dryer and not really having to deal with the day to days of long hair. I gave her some suggestions to try and if that doesnt work then she will come see me (its just she lives alittle far away) saves her coming all the way over if its something simple.
I feel myself that the bohyme hair does look different when washed ( a bit bigger) but nothing major. Ive found all extensions to be the same.
I called the company to ask about the micro-polymer but they just says that it is invisible to the eye and makes the hair silky. This didnt really explain it for me as dubious that its just basically a silinole coating. Could it be cellophaning that they do??
