What is everyone's oppinions on if you buy any hair extensions goods over the internet that are faulty / unfit for the purpose intended and the seller refuses to refund?
Do we still have rights even though it is hair? YES!
Are we entitled to a full refund? YES!
But its hair? What about higene?
DOESNT MATTER IF YOU ARE SOLD FAULTY GOODS / GOODS UNFIT FOR PURPOSE BOUGHT / GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED etc THEN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO A FULL REFUND PROVIDED YOU CONTACT THE SELLER RE- THE ISSUE IN WRITTING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. DONT LET FRAUSTERS RIP YOU OFF!
What is everyones oppinions on this? Have you ever been in this situation? How did it get resolved?

Well I experienced a similar situation( but didnt get the retaliation)with an ebay hair purchase. It was totally unusable HORSEHAIR that was so rough and kinky and snapped off in your fingers with just a gentle tug. I gave this lady over 30 days because she said it was shipped, then lost in the mail, reshipped, then in the hospital then....when I finally got it, it was beyond the 30 days that ebay allows to make a claim, or paypal. She offered me a refund, I sent it back. Then she just IGNORED my emails completely! So not only was I taken, I spent extra money for return shipping and didnt even have the hair (which was in no way usuable). But ebay or paypal would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This lady had a 100% positive feedback, then within the same month as my problem about 12 other people went through the same thing. So there were 7 or 8 others making claims still NOTHING from ebay or paypal. My only recourse was my credit card. And they were MORE than happy to help me out. And took care of it within 2 days!
i once bought a "leather" luggage set, when i got it, there was not one speck of leather on it- i contacted square trade thru ebay and they got involved and helped, the person was no longer able to sell on ebay after that. There are rules to protect buyers. Put on negative feedback and fight your way to get things right for you!
I've gotten ripped off a few times--never on hair, by the way, because
I've never bought HH on eBay--but on clothes and stuff, and I've filed
complaints but never got my money back. In all these cases, it was
never a matter of quality; the sellers just sort of flaked out and
disappeared without sending my stuff. This is why I never even
attempted to buy HH off eBay--because hair quality is so different and
subjective, and I've never heard any consistently good reviews of
anyone who sells HH on eBay. It'd be very hard to prove to people who
know nothing about extensions (i.e., the people at eBay) that the hair
wasn't up to par. :)
