Can I do this with my hair?

Hi everyone! I'd love to have my hair like Tom Welling's (image google if you don't know what I'm talking about). I'd give almost anything to have hair like this. Here's a pic of my hair:



Here's a pic of my hair after a few days of not showering (most of the "curls" go away...):



Would I have to grow my hair out longer to get Tom Welling's style? Or is not feasible? Also, if I can't have my hair like Tom's , I'd love to have it like John Glover's (before he cut his hair). When I brush my hair back, it looks like his hair now (after he had it cut). Is it possible to get my hair like John's? If so, how would I go about doing it and how long would it take to achieve the length?

If none of those are feasible, what should I do? :(

Also, I used to have very long hair (at least half way down my back) when I was little, if that makes any difference.

use an anti frizz serum to calm you curls and blow dry it the way you want it. just remember to blow it from root to tip.
