well it seem sthat some people on ehre dislike this company. but i like their cheapo clip on ponytails. i really wanna order one, but i was wondering if anyone had problems wtih customer service, rather than just crappy hh?

GRRR what i really want is a place that sells hairpieces around the tacoma/seattle area. but i don't know where to look

IWig isn't bad at all. I've ordered their stuff for years, and I really haven't had any problems, aside from once when they were out of stock on something and it took forever to get my order. They were apologetic when I contacted them, and the situation was resolved. All of my other orders have been smooth, though. I wouldn't recommend their shrinkies or their HH, but for synthetic pieces, they're fine and they have a great selection.

I have no idea who's in your area. Maybe Doc Locks?

doc locks is on the other side of the state. i looked up "wigs" in seattle citysearch and found some places i wanna check out today.
it sucks that shipping at iwig is $10 pff
