How old is any of the people your talking about? If they are not 200 years old, I wouldn't worry about copying methods.

i keep it simple:

1.brush a 100 strokes each side in the shower (if u do this for a while ur hair will lay down all the time) make sure the water is runnnin ova ya head while brsuhin

2. put in bb lotion and brush some more

3.while hair is a little damp put durag on

i do all this wit my soft brush

well do u already see progress if yu do its ok 2 u soft but use hard to spin quicker
