what’s the best hair vitamins

Hey, guys i've decided that this summer i will dedicate myself to more exercise and healthier eating. I also want to take steps to a healthier  and longer head of hair (my hair is currently layered and shoulder length). What would you recommend would be the best vitamins to stimulate hair growth?

Wow, that sounds good!!  Is that product give better results than the

SURGE line of products and do you have to contine to use Haitopiafor the best results or can you stop and the rapid hair growth continues?(iI had to over analyze stuff ..didn't I...SORRY)

I use the Rexall brand Hair, Skin & Nails that I purchase @ Wal-Mart. (Also that brand of biotin, too). I'm seeing good results from both. After comparing this w/ the GNC Ultranourishair, this has more biotin,vitamin C and horsetail extract (all essential in hair growth). I also chose this brand because of the GREAT results my girlfriend had from them. I ran into her recently after a family vacation to Florida after about a year of not seeing her. Ok, last time I saw this girl her hair was a little beyond chin length and now it's past shoulder length (very close to brastrap!!) Of course, I asked her "what she does to her hair". She said nothing major>>>>washes, cond., no special hair products.  But stated after she started the vits. she noticed a big difference in growth and health. Said she started taking them appx. a year ago, and her hair grew/and still growing like a weed!! Hopefully, I'll be so lucky!!
