Some hair will only grow so fast. Exercise, eating right, not blow drying, all help. Patience is the biggest thing. Hair will not grow 6 inches in a couple of months. I don`t know when the wedding is or how long you want your hair, but you may just have to try to stay healthy and be patient.

Hello, I saw two different people that I hadn`t seen in a couple of months. Both of them had really long hair. I know one of the from work and one is my dentist`s secretary. I asked them both how they grew their hair so long. Both of them told me that they get monthly trims. I am trying to grow my hair long so I am going to start to do that. I know that does not make sense but I saw them and I saw how nice their hair looked. I am going to ask on this forum to see if others agree, OK?

Ash, what makes HF37 work is the high concentrate of amino acids (protein). If you can find an amino acid supplement especially in a store that caters to body builders then you will be set. I had not heard of HF37 when I started to take a Twin Lab supplement and I also took a herbal vitam with Biotin and Silica. I was shocked by how quickly my hair grew. Within weeks I think I had an inch. I cant say that you will have the same results but I swear by the speed and length and fullness that I had.

the main thing is, eat a balanced diet, try and do a little excercise every day, even if its just walking to and from work or whatever, and taking vitamins :)

if u do that, u`lll get lovely nutritious hair :)

Using methods that I learned from other messages boards, product recommendations and actually learning what ingredients are good and bad and how to apply my conditioner in conjunction with my vitamin regimen, my hair grows about 1" per month, 0.5" more than the norm. I`ve acquired 3" of new growth since my last relaxer in Sept.

A shampoo, conditioner or hair creme will not make your hair grow. Choicing the right products will keep what you have on your hair. Hair growth occurs within, and you must keep a clean healthy scalp.

The scientific truth is that your hair is genetically predetermined to grow at a certain rate.

However, the rate of growth can be affected by your health. The only way hair vitamins will affect your growth is if you were deficient in those vitamins or minerals in the first place! Also, of course, any compromises to your immune system may also affect growth.

Chemical treatments do not affect growth (you`re not putting them on the inside of your head!), but of course the chemicals you put on your hair can make the hair more brittle or affect the cuticle of the hair; thus the hair breaks off. The growth is not affected, but the hair won`t visably grow longer because the growth that has occurred breaks off!

Cutting in no way affects growth. Otherwise, it would hurt when we cut our hair! (Physically, that is). However, each individual hair may not be at the same exact age. When you trim the ends of your hair and make them all even, it`s simply EASIER to measure hair growth. The hair does not grow faster, but it`s easier to measure a straight line than it is to measure hair that isn`t the same length.
