A kilo is 2.2 lbs.

16 oz = 1 lb.

So, if 4 packs = 1 lb, then 8 packs would = 2 lbs and add 2 more oz so ...

8 packs + 2 oz?

OK, not sure that's right and now my head is spinning.

Yeah I double checked amm.
1 kg is 35.27 oz

so close to 9x 4oz  packs.  course 110 g packs are quite respectable...
