I think Syren had said this was the kind of haircolor she uses for this that and grey covereage.  does anyone know anything about it?  is it henna (i hope not)?  Is it mettallic at all(again I hope not)?  Is it normal oxidative dye?  anything anything?

thanks all

Yup, that's Bigen...but let me warn you, it only dyes your hair one color - very dark - no matter what color you buy. It is not henna and it is not metallic. Unfortunately, it's coal-based, which may or may not be something you want to use on your head. I will say one thing: it covers gray like a mofo, and makes your hair super shiny. It made to cover gray in Asain hair, so there you go. And by oxidative, do you mean does it use peroxide or ammonia? No. It uses coal. It's a powder you mix with water, apply, and then watch out.

I'd go with Waterworks instead, available at Sally's.

That is wig base, but if it's what I think it is, it's raw wig material- not a head-shaped base for a wig, just the fabric. I know Doc Locks and HisandHer carry pre-made wig bases.
