We've got a few girls from Socal on here who will know the

I mean fusion, with the hot glue gun. My old stylist used megaglue that she purchased at His and Her. However, after the last couple installs with her, my hair was shedding so much, and I was loosing a lot of strands. I just can't stand it anymore. Therefore, I'm looking to try out someone new, I'd even be open to a new method. I have very fine Caucasion hair and the only hair that looks natural and real is the Russian hair. Also, my hair is very silky and slippery.
The only methods that didn't budge were GL, Eurolocs and Hairlocs. But the cost, attitude and quality of hair isn't worth spending that much money on.
It seems like such a waste when I do the fusion method because I end throwing it all out after 2-3 months.
From my experience, during the removal stage the bond gets so crunchy and gross that it's really hard to salvage the hair, which is a pain especially when you spend the money on expensive hair.
I just emailed Kristine and hope to hear from her.
Thanks so much for the referral, I hope it works out with her.
Her site is great!!! I love all the pictures, very informative.

Finding Russian hair has been virtually impossible, even in LA.
I was able to find some at extension plus in Reseda, it was ridiculously priced, but really pretty and silky. Actually, it's most likely Italian type of hair.
The last batch of hair I bought from them looked and felt good for about a month and then it slowly started to get really wiry and stiff and it took a lot of work to get it to look right, lots of hot tools.
Whenever I can't find good hair I buy the 909 fron Hairshop.com, it's really nice and silky and very reasonably priced.
And it held up even better than the extension plus hair. But I am forever seeking the holy grail of Russian type hair.
