You should brush everyday for at least an hour. Checkout some of the wave methods on this site, a lot of them work very good

People DO NOT PUT KETCHUP OR MUSTARD IN YOUR HAIR.

There are hair care product made for waves that won't leave you feeling like a hotdog.

If you want to 360 spin read 360 VETS Methods by the King and PMP. Jboogs method is cool too.
