I'm up.  2:18 in the morning and I'm sitting here taking a break from my fusion install.  Plus, I'm in florida on a business trip.  Who does this kind of thing?????  LOL!

For me there are couple things. a couple drinks, the wait if nothing, maybe another, after that the Ambien comes into play.    Or. It's the whole couple drinks thing and a xanax. Because, ladies, i 've got to get SOME sleep! Even after all of that I'll go to bed feelind kinda sleepy, and lay and think!!AHHH That's the worst!

Hot milk - big glass 16oz heated in microwave for 2 minutes...makes me sleepy every time...of course a shot of brandy in it also helps!!!!
