yo im new to this thinG or wateva....im tryna get the 360 waves and when my hair is a lil longer the waves show a lil bit but after i get my haircut they disappear.....can sumone hlep me out....?

2. Don't cut your hair too short
3. let your hair grow longer

Cut even all the way around. Dark Ceasar is longer with deeper waves and Light Ceasar is short with spinning waves. Both lengths have waves 360 degrees in a circle around your hair.
Look to the skies and keep your eyes on the prize! I been through Hell but, STILL I RISE!
