Fix For Frizzy Gray

I've colored my hair for years, however, I know it's gray now by the roots.  It's always been thick and wavy but now it's frizzy.  I've tried various shampoos and conditioners but nothing helps.  I also use gel to try to control it.  Please help -- I look like I just stuck my finger in an electrical outlet.
