PM Attacks & Flame Attacks

Greetings,

We are doing out very best to deal with the constant and ongoing problems that have been caused by softgentlebreeze aka Zephyr.

However, please do not let this person ruin this fabulous and very informative forum by giving her any energy or even notice. If she PMs you, you can block her from any further access. Or you can PM Admin and we will investigate and ban her as we have done twice now.

Although she has been banned as softgentlebreeze and Zephry and is not welcome here again, there is no guarantee that she will not try to come back under yet another alias and try to ruin things further. We have logged her IP address and are in the process of taking steps to legally block her from posting here, since this is the private property of HairBoutique.com.

However, please help us by ignoring her, if she comes back, or reporting her immediately so that we can delete her posts and/or block her. When any energy is given to her at all, she is winning by destroying the focus of this board.

In the future if you let us know that it is her, we will immediately remove her.
