softgentlebreeze aka zephyr is already back under a new alias.I got a pm saying zephyr is not softgentlebreeze.i might have beleived it if it hadnt been for the fact that they continued to say how shel owed softgentlebreeze money and never returned the hair.How skeezy.
The alias is Rolo. They sure didnt waste any time.So look out for them thye are ruthless.Just get over it rolo.You sold people crap products and got the reviews you deserved.Start carrying better stuff and people will give you better reviews.The people here are very honest and dont want others to be ripped off.

That is rubbish what she says about me and everyone knows it. I wanted a refund and she wouldnt give it to me and about 5 weeks after i purchased the goods (and no refund) she started coming onto the boards and caused trouble because she didnt like everyone knowing about how she treated me and admited that she hadnt refunded me. After a comment by Kalika, who suggested i just send the hair back to her i did and she got it and refunded me and that was that until her tiny mind congured up this crap and i started being harrased for hair that she had got back saying she would just deduct the amount again from my credit card. The law should be reviewed if people like this can cause so much trouble.
Oh and i have recorded evidence of her admitting to be giving out my name and address saying that by doing that she wasnt breaking the law? Yeah right! And also another call which she says something along the lines of "just deducting my card". I dont think so!
She has since sent a debt collecter to me whom i have sent all the nesessary proof and am waiting on a letter. My solicitor will write to softgentlebreeze soon *no further comment*
Oh and she done this same thing to amm too which amm will have to comment on herself but sgb said to ebay that amm hadn't paid for the item when infact she had?

It was quite the contery actually. She has never been polite or friendly to me. Im sorry but if a product is not good then i will give my honest opinion on it. I dont necessary go around saying things about all the products i dont like and my origional post about her was infact powered by her manner and approach which i found shoking and was very upset. Maybe i got her on a bad day? I dont know and quite frankly dont care but my post was honest and upfront about my one and only dealing with her. Good rid!

Yes. Ebay stopped the harassment. She was sending up to 20 emails a day to me through their system. They probably stopped it so quickly because I forwarded each one to them. And when I didn't hear from them, I forwarded them all over again each day (even the ones I had already forwarded.)
I did have to make my feedback private because she was clicking on the previous auctions I had one and was emailing those people about me. I only found out because one guy, who I buy Invicta watches from all the time, contacted me about it.
I can understand if a company can be upset about bad feedback but she has no excuse as she was given many chances to deal with the matter but instead took it to a whole new level!

sorry for the confusion.Everything in that second post with the star is what she wrote to me.the bit at the top is mine.I know she ripped you off shel.I still cant believe she'd take it this far.Its very petty and unprofessional.
Longhairdreams - sorry if that post sounded agreesive but she is beyond believe. I think that lady gets a kick out of starting fueds. I know the bit at the top was yours, i kinda replyed to you but directed it to her if that makes sence. The quote was to get the phrase that she said.

Damn skippy, once you get to that point, you just wanna get your money back. Thats why i recommend making all your hair purchaces with credit card if possible, and keep records of emails/communication in case there is a problem. I have only had to do a chargeback to my card twice in my life, and I wouldnt have been able to if I didnt keep records. Isnt it amazing how people are sweet as pie untill thet get you, then turn mean and nasty if you dont just think their products are the best? Softgentlebreeze reminds me of the behavoirs of an abusive boyfriend , but thats just my opinion
I have been invited by Karen Shelton the owner of this site to put right what has been going on at hair boutique.I am the owner and sole administrator of Nails n Stuff and would like to make it clear to everyone that I do not in anyway support any inappropriate behaviour on my site.I have set up my site to encourage and support people in the beauty and hair industries and personal issues between people on this board should not get in the way of enjoying my sites benefits.My moderators have been an asset to my forum areas and I invite you to put personal issues behind you and concentrate on using our boards for what they are intended.If you have issues with a posting in my site such as funny and eccentric Thon01�s postings you can always either laugh or start a thread of your own.I do not know what went on with you all personally but all I can say is I have no involvement and neither does my site I own it and do not want it to have a bad reputation as it has always been developed for good intensions.I have good positive editorial in many magazines and not everyone can be wrong.My moderator has been a keen contributor to the hair forum having won a competition for a banner on my site and feel very unhappy that you should dismiss my site due to any personal disputes among members.

Hi emma, welcome.One of your many members was very diligent in ruining the good names of a couple of members here.It seemed like she ran your board.Thats why everyone has been avoiding it.We love our board here.So its upsetting when people try to cause trouble.Dont be afraid to post here.People here are super nice,helpful, and honest.You wont find a better board!
I approciate what your saying Emma and i dont think anyone thinks bad of you or your site. For me personally, what puts me off using your site is that the person who is actively harrasing me is moderator and she continues to come on this board and harrass me and others.
