No mater what type of hair you have(except straight hair) the key to getting waves is brushing. Do that and maybe use a good moisturizer and du-rag it.
around a 1/4 to 1/2 inch is a good length to start brushing for waves.
i didn't start till my hair was about 1/4 inch. as long as your hair is
not completely straight you should be able to get waves. so what you
should do, since your hair is just about long enough, start doing 1 of
the wave methods that is listed on this site. the key to getting waves
is brushing, thats the most important thing when trying to get waves.
brush when ever you have any free time and before you go to sleep. keep
your hair moisturized and under a du-rag when not brushing, and don't
cut your hair until you have significant progress. i just start
brushing a week ago and if you take a look at my sig you will see my
results.
yea apreciated 360 for all the help so im a buy a few products start using a method and by the way i should cut on the grain when getting a hair cut and is that normal to ask for cuz i usually get a regular hair cut with th back tapered and if i dont get it cut on the grain would make me have to start all over?????
