How often should you comb/brush to optimize hair health/appearance??

When your hair is wet it`s best to brush it with a wide tooth comb to prevent breakage, since your hair is more prone to damage.
As for what type of brush to use on your hair when it`s dry, it all depends on what hair type you have and the effect you want to achieve
natural boar bristle brushes are the gentlest to your strands
