WELL YOU CAN WEAR A DU=RAG UNDER YOUR FOOTBALL HELMET, ALOT OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS DO THAT. I DON'T KNOW IF YOUR ALLOWED TO WEAR A DURAG IF YOU PLAY BASEBALL.

nah baseball u cant ..football u can ...but its hot so thats not really a good move..plus wearing a durag while ur playin a sport where ur gonna sweat is prolly gonna lead to ur forehead breakin out.... drownins suggestion...4get the dubie just stick out..durag it up wen u finished

buy the official nfl cap. its the one michael vick, donovan mcnabb and ray lewis wear. their expensive but comfortable and the cushioning absorbs your sweat so no break outs will occur. i use it. i got mine from an eastbay mag. also you can go to nfl shop at nfl.com or a sports authority store. bout $24.99-$29.99. but they cheaper now that the seasons comin up.

Yep, wear the NFL cap. It kinda hard to say what to wear because either way you are gonna sweet like a made man anyway if you play hard like I did.
