Because I think this thread belongs in the Perm board. I don't know. Is one allowed to post let's say, Hair Extensions, in the Perm board?
That would lead to alot of confusion, I think...
Darn, I wish I had never helped this topic started in the first place. He/She never showed any appreciation so far and caused total confusion.
I mean extending hair versus curling hair is totally far off.
I'd say when in doubt for chemical perms or chemical coloring, seek an "advance colorist or advance hair permer".
