I've used Colorfix 4 times now. (Yes, I know that you're only supposed to use it three times...but my hair's still in great condition.)

But it slowly redarkens afterwards every time.

What in the world am I to do?

I want this black color out!

Have u used the peroxide solution like ur supposed after using colorfix? they've included it w/ the colorfix.

You're referring to the processing lotion, I'm assuming?
