Help with hair

Hello...I am new to this forum and I would like to know how I could accomplish this kind of hairstyle:

I heard that if you have hair like this that covers your forehead, it causes acne and pimples. How can I prevent this and how am I able get my hair to be like his. My hair is about his length already by the way. I would also like to know how he got his hair to stay up like some of the parts look spiked on the sides. Thank you very much.

dude ur only gonna get acne if your prone to getting acne..are u?

i used to have my hair all over my face and never got it so its dependant on the person..if ur acne prone, dont do the hair on the face..

with regards to the style, those 'flicks' can often be done with ceramic straighterners..however his hair doesnt look straightened so i supposed he's defined them with a matte look sort of styling gum to give a dry look..the style in general could be held with a very light sort of wax that hold and defines it alittle but doesnt overload the hair..
