I have shoulder length fine hair and I spend LOTS of time at the beach and the lake. We are with friends out on the lake and my hair looks like crap for the entire week on a houseboat. My hair looks like a bunch of old straw after getting wet, when dry. I am thinking of getting a body perm to acheive that soft curl look. I also get partial highlights. Wondering if my hairdresser will even do a perm. Does it really damage hair? HELP!
